1. Consultation and Booking Cancellation

• Initial Consultations: If you have used our “Book Now” feature to reserve a professional consultation or strategy session, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a partial processing fee or may not be eligible for a direct refund, though we will try our best to reschedule your slot.

2. Digital Services and Custom Solutions

Since our core offerings involve custom digital assets, software integrations, IT frameworks, and advisory services, the following rules apply:

• Service Milestones: Contracts are often divided into development milestones. Once a specific milestone is reviewed, approved, and delivered to the client, the payments associated with that milestone become non-refundable.

• Work in Progress: If a project is cancelled by the client midway through a development milestone, a refund may be calculated proportionally based on the hours of labor or resources that have not yet been consumed.

3. Change of Mind and Customizations

We dedicate professional hours and resources immediately upon project onboarding. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for a simple “change of mind” after project execution has begun. We do, however, offer a comprehensive revision phase within our service packages to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your expectations.

4. Claims and Dispute Resolution

If you believe there is a technical error, an incomplete integration, or a service defect that does not match the initial project scope:

• Please notify us within 14 days of project delivery.

• Our technical team will investigate the issue promptly. If the error lies on our end, we will correct, patch, or redo the service at no extra cost.
